I am now representing Friendly Media. Friendly Enterprises Inc. operates in 4 major divisions in USA namely Entertainment, Security Systems, Telecommunications and Electronics. Starting in 1998 as a small cellular telecommunications retailer, it has established its brand worldwide and has undertaken massive overhaul and diversification by introducing various business portfolios. The company has its employees working in different parts of the world and has endeavored to provide quality and reliable services to its valued customers. The key activities of the company include installing Satellite, CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) Surveillance systems and Plasma TV (HD) for residential as well as commercial purposes. Friendly Enterprises Inc foray into telecommunications by the launch of products like Nextel, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon etc was a huge success. Dealing with array of consumer electronics product since 2000, the company added CCTV Security system division in 2001 with all the products being imported from China and Taiwan. To facilitate consumers, the company has professionally set up the operations of International Call Centre by implementing new state-of-the-art facilities to cater to Global Services in the field of outsourcing process viz business, knowledge and education. The biggest move of Friendly Enterprises in the entertainment sector was to initiate DirecTV Installation by assembling its own Brand Name TV called PUNEET in 2003, whose installations has surpassed our expectations. 

The company also tied with Dish Network (Echo star) as a Subcontractor in 2005 to carry out dish network installation and to offer its customers a wide selection of programming packages. Now that the company is working in a full-fledged manner, it has a mission to widen its scope and operations by opening two more branches in New York and New Jersey.
